Transparency matters. This is the central place for RMO’s important financial disclosures, how the company is structured and regulated, and every RMO legal document — terms, privacy notices, and policies — in one place.
These disclosures apply across the RMO family of products. Specific terms, rates, and fees for an individual product are provided on that product’s page and in the documents you receive before opening an account or policy.
Investment and insurance products offered through RMO are:
Banking & deposits. Banking services are provided by Partner Banks, Members FDIC. RMO Bank deposit accounts are FDIC-insured up to applicable limits — standard coverage is $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, per ownership category.
Insurance. Insurance products are state-licensed. Availability, coverage, terms, and pricing vary by state and are subject to underwriting and eligibility requirements.
Lending & credit. Loans, credit cards, and other credit products are subject to credit approval and to applicable rates, terms, and conditions. Not all products are available in every state. Current rates are published on the Rates page.
RMO Corporation is the parent holding company for a family of subsidiaries, each focused on a specific kind of product or service — banking, lending, insurance, protection plans, payments, and more. You can see the full list on the company directory.
Each RMO division provides its products under the laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory oversight that apply to those products. Deposit banking, insurance, lending, and payment services are each governed by their own federal and state frameworks, and RMO divisions operate within the requirements that apply where their products are offered.
Equal opportunity. RMO is committed to fair, equal, and non-discriminatory access to its products and services. RMO supports equal credit opportunity and fair-housing and fair-lending principles, and does not discriminate on any basis prohibited by applicable law.
